Abstract: This project aims to provide an optimized load balancing solution for delivering content to geographically dispersed users. This involves the construction of a DNS-based server-side application which will direct clients to the nearest or most accessible content mirrored across servers in worldwide locations. Publicly available BGP data and self-collected availability information will be assessed to achieve this client redirection. The solution must be sufficiently general to support any hosted...
