Abstract: this paper we described our plans for modeling and simulating the processes that can be found in a hospital. Based on multi-agent models on different levels of detail it seems to be possible to resemble the complex and unpredictable dynamics that questions about optimization can be answered. Such a virtual hospital can also provide an interesting scenario for training medical capabilities and management skills (Update)
