Abstract: this report. Intuitively, the end-to-end QoS (e.g., latency) o#ered at the system level, and seen by the end user, is an aggregation (of some sort) over the QoS o#ered by the various subsystems that make up the system. A subsystem provides certain services to other (consumer) subsystems, by making use of the services provided to it by some other (producer) subsystems.
