Abstract: Introduction The Internet is an interconnection of separately administered networks called Autonomous Systems or ASes. To reach entities outside the AS, the inter-domain routing protocol used today is the Border Gateway Protocol or BGP [1]. It has been approximately 15 years since BGP was deployed on the Internet.
