Abstract: operators often specify rhetorical structure [19,20] in a discourse (e.g., when one part of a discourse stands as evidence for the claim set forth in a second part of a discourse) and their sub-plan schemas specify how more primitive collections of cormnunicative actions can be combined to achieve the abstract act's corntnunicative effects.
