Abstract: this paper the direct kinematics problems . We have shown that it may be suspected that in some case for a given set of links lengths more than one solution may be given to this problem: we have thus a singular configuration for the manipulator. To determine these singular configurations the classical method is to find the roots of the determinant of the jacobian matrix. However in our case the jacobian matrix is too complicated to find these roots. We propose here a new method based on... (Update)
