Abstract: : This document describes the Concept of Operations (ConOps) and
transition strategy for the product line approach to software systems development
at the Air Force Electronic Systems Center (ESC), Hanscom Air Force
Base, Massachusetts. This document defines the organizations implementing
the product line approach and the processes used by the organizations. It describes
the roles and responsibilities, and the relationships among the organizations.
