Abstract: Impressive advances are being made in the field of display metrology, as illustrated in standards such as the Video Electronics Standards Association's Flat Panel Display Measurement standard . However, issues remain regarding the technology-dependent response of displays to large-scale signal errors such as noise-induced errors on the data and control lines. The NIST Display Interface Testbed can be used in conjunction with a graphics controller, test generator, or other standard signal... (Update)
