Abstract: Introduction One of the most challenging problems faced by researchers in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is having our systems interact in the real world - a dynamic, complex, and partially knowable environment - and learn from this experience. Traditional AI approaches have attempted to tackle this situation by endowing the systems with more complete and flexible models of the world. The different issues involved in modelling change when dealing with the real world constitute what has come to... (Update)
