Abstract:

The paper discusses strategies for more efficient product development processes regarding aspects of both productivity and autonomy in work. A survey of extended feasibility studies was conducted, applying results from investigations within interdisciplinary research concerning concurrent engineering and tools in design work. The feasibility study is shown to be of increasing importance for efficient product development. Crucial factors for successful feasibility studies are small, co-operative multi-disciplinary teams, professional project management and stimulating working conditions for members of the team. INHALTSANGABE In dieser Arbeit werden Strategien für einen effizienten Produktentwicklungsprozess in Bezug
