Abstract: We present a CPU resource broker model with a new admission
control at a single resource level. The admission control
supports advance reservation as well as immediate reservation.
By separating brokerage part from scheduling part, we
can obtain fast and constant response time of brokerage requests
for resource reservation, modication, allocation, and
release.
