Abstract:

Considering that direct manipulation interfaces using a pointing device could be more efficient with the addition of a second pointing device, we are designing and implementing two-handed interfaces for air traffic controllers. This paper describes the interaction styles we imagined for such interfaces, and some issues raised by their implementation. 1
