Abstract: Tags and seals have an important role to play in waste management. They can be used for hazardous materials accountability and control. They can help detect tampering, theft, sabotage, or errors in handling and processing. The Vulnerability Assessment Team at Los Alamos National Laboratory has extensively analyzed tags and seals, as well as a number of tamperdetection security programs.
