Abstract: this paper is devoted to a new systolic parallelization scheme for matrix-matrix multiplication that allows for scalable and parallel implementation of level-2 and 3 BLAS even on SISAMD machines whereat it is comparable in communicational efficiency with the standard Cannon algorithm. Our new approach is based on a 1-dimensional systolic array representation of the matrix' rows.
